The Letterform Archive Gallery

In 2021, Letterform Archive opened its first permanent gallery in San Francisco. Culled from its collection of more than 100,000 objects across the history of graphic design, its exhibition program mounts biannual shows on special topics of interest for the creative community, ranging from a centennial celebration of Bauhaus typography to an exploration of the power of letterforms in protest posters. Each show is supported by an online exhibition that shares the gallery experience with international followers, as well as a lavishly illustrated exhibition catalog that captures the show for posterity.
